Since my two and a half year travel adventure with my family of 10, I have worked with more organizations than I can count, helping them to sell and recruit from and to anywhere. I have distilled and simplified the processes. I have worked with a team of nerds to create and test ways to make automations that do not make its users seem robotic.
Then a pandemic hit, and millions were thrust into the same non-office scenario that I had perfected over the course of 5 years.

When we were traveling through Idaho, I decided to learn fly fishing with my sons. I remember watching them cast their fly just in front of trout that could be swimming in the clear Idaho streams. The fish would watch the fly (bait) land, observe it for a second, then decide to NOT to chomp down. They somehow knew it was bait. This is exactly what people are doing with 99.9% of automations. We look, and as soon as we realize we are not dealing with a real person, we keep on swimming.
This is automation being used for evil-not good. Its users have robotic. But what if they could be BIONIC?
I resisted automation for YEARS. "Sales and team growth is a people game, not a numbers game," I would say. "It's about connecting to people, not SPAMMING them!"
As I coached more and more people through LOVE PROSPECTING, I realized that-actually if a person used intelligence and personality, parts of the process SHOULD be automated.
The reality is that if we are creating deep relationships with our client base, and giving them world-class service, our reach is limited. As a matter of fact-without automation systems, we will likely accidentally let certain parts of our world famous service....fall through the cracks.
So I brought together a team and we made a system-that has served more than 100 teams and agencies to help them make sales and leadership acts of love and service, not conflict and war.
